What happens if an item of hand luggage or travel clothing in the cabin goes missing or is damaged?

Passengers are responsible for their own hand luggage and clothing. We accept no liability whatsoever.

However, if it can be proved that Eurowings was to blame for any damage we would accept limited liability. In such a case the Cabin Attendant should be notified immediately, so that the damage can be registered.
  
I would like to take my dog with me in the aircraft. How expensive is that and whom should I contact?

Dogs and cats up to 5 Kg can be carried in the cabin, and this is free of charge on domestic routes, international the excess baggage rates apply for any weight exceeding your free baggage allowance. You must register a pet with your travel agent at the time of booking. We cannot give you general terms and conditions as the transportation of animals is arranged differently for each flight and aircraft type.

I am a vegetarian, is it possible to order a vegetarian meal on board?

You can, of course, enjoy a vegetarian meal on board, and this service is free of charge. You would need to order this at least 48 hours before departure.
  
I am a diabetic, can this be taken into consideration on my flight?

You can of course enjoy a meal created especially for diabetics. This meal is free of charge, but you would need to order this at least 48 hours before departure. 
  
Which electronic equipment is allowed on board?

Electronic equipment can interfere with the sensitive flight systems, thus endangering your flight. This is especially true of radios, remote-controlled toys and laptops that are connected to a printer or wire-less mouse – therefore they are not allowed on board.

Mobile telephones must also be completely switched off during your entire stay on board. Other equipment such as video cameras, walkman, computer games and laptops without peripherals can be used as long as the seat-belt sign above your seat is switched off.
  
Who can help me if I am afraid of flying?
Courses on anxiety-free flying are offered by flugangst-coaching. They offer seminars in cooperation with the University of Würzburg.

How far into my pregnancy can I safely fly ?

Expectant mothers can fly with Eurowings without needing a certificate from a gynaecologist up to 36 weeks into pregnancy, or up to four weeks before the expected birthdate. For any later period Eurowings requires a certificate from an aviation doctor or a Eurowings approved specialist.
