How does etix® work?
When you use etix®, your data is sent to a central database. You will not be issued a ticket, the check-in staff and the automatic check-in machine have access to the data in the database. |

How do I get my boarding card?
Your boarding card will be issued at the check-in machine in the departure hall. Please use your Miles & More card or your credit card to access your travel data. |

What should I do if the automatic check-in machine at the airport is not working?
If there should be a problem with an etix® machine, please contact staff at the check-in counter. As your data is stored, your boarding card can also be printed there. |

What should I do if I have luggage to check in?
All airports with a check-in machine also have an integrated luggage check-in. You can hand in up to two items of luggage. A list of airports is available here. |

Are there any special aspects which I should take into account with etix®?
Just as with a normal ticket, the Lufthansa conditions of carriage for passengers and luggage apply. You will find these here. |
