View your booking details quickly and easily by registering or logging into your existing account. The choice is yours: you can log in either by entering your username and password or using your booking code and last name.

Has something come up? You can’t make your planned holiday and need an alternative travel date? We want you to be able to enjoy your well-deserved holiday. That’s why you have the following options for changing your bookings:

Standard: Change your booking for a fee of 70 € / £61 / 65 CHF / $81 / 1.691 CZK / 771 SEK / 827 NOK / 523 DKK / 296 PLN / 26.727 HUF / 298 AED (plus current fare difference)
Flex Light: Change your booking once free of charge
Flex Premium: Change or cancel your flight without limits or charges

We offer you a variety of choices for your next trip – from checked baggage to hand baggage and special baggage. You can add your baggage when you book your flight, or after you have completed your booking.

Some journeys are longer than others. That makes it all the more important to feel comfortable on all our flights. Choose between a standard seat or a seat with up to 10 cm more legroom. Decide whether you prefer a window, aisle or centre seat.

Your flight is already booked, but you want to take your dog with you? Or you have excess baggage? Save up to 50% compared to booking at the airport counter! As long as you have not checked in, you can make any additional bookings.

Cancel your flight

You can’t make your flight? With Flex Premium, you have the option to cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 40 minutes before departure. All other bookings cannot be cancelled. With Flex Light, you get one free booking change for your flight.
