I did not enter my Boomerang Club membership number when I booked my flight. Can I have the miles credited to me retroactively?
You can only collect miles for flights that you booked after signing up with the Boomerang Club. If you forget to enter your membership number when you book your flight, you can add it online at a later date. To do this, simply find the flight in question in the member area under "My flight" and enter your number.
You can even take care of this after your flight. You have up to three months after the flight to enter your membership number and collect miles. However, please note that it may take up to seven days for your miles to be credited.
If your flight is not listed under "My bookings", please contact our service team within three months to get the mileage credit. You can reach the call centre by phone at +44 (0) 330 365 9986 (€0.20 per call from a landline phone – €0.60 maximum per call from a mobile phone) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need the full booking number of the booking in question when you make this call. For this reason, it is a good idea after every flight to put your booking confirmation in a safe place. It may take up to three weeks to enter the miles retroactively.
