When you add Flex Premium to your booking, you collect more miles and can cancel or rebook your flight flexibly up to 40 minutes before departure.

Rebook at no extra cost

If you cannot take your flights as booked, we give you the option of changing your booking at no extra cost under "My bookings". You have the option of changing the date of your flight or the name on the ticket. It is not possible to change the routing of your flight.

Cancel at no cost up to 40 minutes before departure

If you added Flex Premium to your booking, you can change or cancel your flight free of charge up to the end of the same calendar day (11:59 p.m.). You can change a booking online up to 40 minutes before the flight departs. After departure, a booking can only be changed or cancelled through our call centre or at the airport counter (charge applies).

Collect more miles 

Flex Premium earns you even more award miles if you are a registered member of Miles & More. Your Miles & More mileage credit is determined by the region of travel and booking class. Under "3. Summary" you will see the number of miles corresponding to your selection.
