Ready to check in? With online check-in, you can save time at the airport and choose the best seat on board.

What is online check-in?

With online check-in, you can check in as early as 72 hours prior to departure from the comfort of your home or office. The benefits are clear: you will save time and avoid stress, as you can check all passengers on your booking in at the same time. You simply need your six-digit booking code or your etix® ticket number and a printer.

Please note:
  • You can use online check-in at the earliest 72 hours and at the latest 3 hours prior to departure - and at German departure airports even 40 minutes prior to departure (with the exception of Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden and Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom).

     

  • Online check-in is free of charge for all passengers, while airport check-in is subject to a charge if you are flying with  BASIC fare:  Selecting airport check-in as an option during booking costs €5 per person. Should you decide at the airport that you'd prefer to check in at the counter, we will charge €20 per person.

     

  • At London Heathrow, due to the size of this international airport, online check-in is only available up to 45 minutes prior to departure. At Palma de Mallorca online check-in is only available up to 45 minutes prior to departure.

Where can I find my booking code?
Your booking code

Your booking code is a unique identifier for your reservation.

 

- Direct booking: 

If you booked directly with us, you’ll find it in your booking confirmation email. It is always a six-character code made up of letters and numbers (e.g., AB1CDE).

 

- Tour operator booking: 

If you booked through a tour operator, you’ll find it in the confirmation they provided. The format and length may vary, and it can include letters, numbers, or both (e.g., 12345678 or A123456).

Information for tour operator customers

If you booked a flight through one of our tour operator customers (e.g. TUI, Alltours, Schauinsland etc.) and you can not open your booking please contact our Call Center at +49 22159988266 for seat reservations or the addition of other services (baggage, assistance with boarding and disembarking, etc.).

In the event of an error message at check-in, please take a screenshot of it and show it at the airport check-in desk before departure.
