Online check-in is free of charge for all passengers.
As a general rule, you can use web and mobile check-in as early as 72 hours and as late as 3 hours prior to departure. At most German departure airports you can even check in as little as 40 minutes prior to departure.
Booking changes, name changes and adding extra services (e.g. baggage) are only possible via the website until web and mobile check-in close at your departure airport.

A surcharge applies to passengers flying with BASIC fare: Selecting Airport Check-in as an option during booking costs €5 per person.
