What benefits does the Eurowings Smart fare offer?

Can I change the fare I have booked with Eurowings at a later time?

Fly smarter? The simplest way is by booking your SMART upgrade in the "My trip" section. You can book your upgrade up to 72 hours before departure. We do not offer fare downgrades.

What is Flex Premium?

If you chose the SMART or BIZclass fare, you can add Flex Premium during booking. This option can be selected separately for the outgoing and return flight. Changing bookings Flex Premium allows you to change flights to another available travel date free of charge up, until online check-in closes. This option is available as long the passenger and route remain the same and the route is within our published flight schedule. No fare difference will be charged. Cancellation Can’t make your flight? Thanks to Flex Premium, you can cancel your flight for free up until 40 minutes before departure. The fastest way to do so is online or via our mobile services. Booking changes and cancellations are possible with Flex Premium even after departure. However, these must be completed by phone or in person at the airport counter on the same calendar day as the originally booked trip. If a booking is changed or cancelled at a later time, a flat fee applies.
