Information for passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility

To provide you with the best possible support based on your needs, please indicate your assistance needs when booking your flight, or at the latest 48 hours before departure. This allows us to arrange support from check-in to the gate or directly to your seat. We can also assist you at your destination or during transfers if needed.

Please complete the form and send it by email to our customer service. Our staff will process your request as quickly as possible and contact you if any further information is required.

If you require assistance at the airport before check-in, please get in touch directly with the relevant service providers.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower® Program

Logo der Sunflower Initiative

At Eurowings, we recognize the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower® symbol as a discreet way for customers to indicate that they may need a little extra support and time during their journey. Wearing the Sunflower helps our teams identify that you might appreciate additional understanding or assistance while traveling.

Please note that wearing the Sunflower lanyard or pin itself does not provide special privileges or priority access at security checkpoints.

If you choose to wear the official Hidden Disabilities Sunflower® lanyard or pin, our staff and crew will be happy to assist you. They are trained to recognize the symbol and will support you with an offer of help and understanding to ensure a comfortable travel experience.

If you require specific assistance, we recommend contacting our assistance service latest 48 hours prior to departure so we can plan and prepare for your individual needs.

To learn more about the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower® program or to find out where and how to obtain official Sunflower items, please visit hdsunflower.com.

Your health and safety matter to us.
